Terms of Use and Conditions/Store Policies: By accessing and using this website, including but not limited to any content, functionality and services offered on or through this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

 

Products: All of our products are 100% handmade and each is unique. When you make a purchase from our store, the product(s) you receive will not be a duplication of what you see on the website as each item is unique.

 

Our products are made from 100% all natural soy wax. Our wooden wicks are patented by The Wooden Wick Co. (www.woodenwickco.com/patents) and are made from 100% natural wood from sappy fruit trees and are sustainable sourced in the USA. We utilize all natural dried botanicals, a variety of flowers and fruits in some of our products. It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly and read the warning labels.

 

We try our best to describe each of our products including the scents used in the products. Sense of smell varies person to person so, scents might seem different to you from what is described. Our products are cruelty free and are tested only on ourselves.

 

Payment: We accept major credit cards. All payments made thru this site are secure, we do not have access to any payment or credit card information. If your payment is not authorized for whatever reason, your order will automatically cancel. Any extra fees added to your card by your credit card company or bank will be your responsibility. 

 

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. Once the order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order if we are unable to communicate with the customer. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% restock fee that will not be refunded.

 

Shipping/Return: We process orders within 2 business days and will ship within 3 business days. We ship our products via USPS. Please be certain to enter the correct postal address information. We will not be held responsible, if for any reason you provide an incorrect or incomplete postal address and items are shipped to that address. We will not be held responsible for items delivered to your door by the courier that shows proof of delivery in our system. If multiple delivery attempts are made by the courier without success, the package will be returned to us for non-delivery. In order for us to resend the package, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend the package.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns.  However, we want you to be happy with your purchase so, if there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find an acceptable solution. 

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact the USPS and Caerulean Candle Co. immediately. We will file a claim on your behalf. We will need proof and any documentation from you “the client” to file the claim.
